The brand new trophy for ASB’s World Cup Soccer Tournament found its first winner on Saturday night, September 12.

After a delicious meal featuring Chipotle, House of Hunan, Fazoli's, Thai Garden, Noodles & Company, the Oven, Valentino's, High Society Cheesecake, and homemade delicacies provided by International Club, the Soccer Tournament got underway. In the first match, Team Latin America was defeated by Eurasia. North America claimed victory against Africa in the second match which couldn’t be slowed down by a brief rain shower. The championship match was determined by a shootout where Team Eurasia edged out North America to capture the trophy.
